Welcome to Tabungan Impian. By downloading, installing, or using the Tabungan Impian application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Application License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Tabungan Impian on your personal smartphone devices in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Premium features are available through official Google Play Store and Apple App Store in-app purchases:

• Weekly Subscription: Includes a 3-Day Free Trial for new eligible users, renewing weekly thereafter.
• Monthly Subscription: Flexible recurring monthly plan.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing cycle.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Manage or cancel subscriptions via your Google Play or Apple ID account settings. Refund policies strictly follow Google Play and Apple App Store terms.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & User Responsibilities

• Tabungan Impian is an independent personal savings bookkeeping and goal estimation tool, not a bank or financial custodial institution.
• Users are responsible for maintaining periodic Google Drive backups to prevent accidental data loss in the event of device replacement or failure.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, software code, UI designs, and graphic assets in Tabungan Impian are the exclusive property of the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.
