Account & Data Deletion Requests (Data Safety)

In compliance with Google Play User Data & Data Safety standards, you have the right to permanently erase your account and all associated data.

Method 1: Instant Self-Deletion Inside the App

You can delete all locally saved records instantly without waiting for verification:

1. Open Tabungan Impian on your device.
2. Open the side menu (Drawer) in the top-left corner.
3. Select Account menu.
4. Tap Delete Account / Delete Data and confirm. All local data will be instantly erased.

Method 2: Deletion Request via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or wish to ensure all anonymous profiles are wiped from server records, simply send an email request to us:

• Target Email: admin@pemrogramkode.my.id
• Subject: Request Delete Account & Data - Tabungan Impian
• Body: Provide your registered account email address.

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests submitted via email are permanently processed within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
